How to apply for a property
A tenancy agreement is a legal document between an owner and a renter, confirming your occupancy for a fixed period of time.

Put simply, a bond is a security deposit held by the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (R.T.B.A.) for any possible claims at the the end of your tenancy.
What is a bond?
A condition report is detailed report outlining the condition of the property, room by room. i.e. picture hooks in walls, types of window coverings etc.
